现身说法，我老家邻居家的姐姐，比我大2岁，高中没读完，找了个对象是邻村在家里种地的。也基本没上过学。13年吧来烟台打工。这个姐姐在富士康流水线，她对象在东岳的一个供应商，俩人一个月到手加起来1万2。干到17年吧，俩人在开发区买的房子，110平。孩子也从老家接过来了。老人为了照顾孩子也来打工了，在永旺干保洁，一个月3500。绝对有据可查！！前几天在咨询我提前还贷的事儿。
想问，就他们这种厂哥厂妹的工作，凭工资在一个城市买房需要多久？
烟台，5年没问题吧。青岛和济南呢？5年能做到？！！！
如果再换到其他一线城市呢，gun 你马的吧，这辈子你别想安家！！ 买不买房不重要重要的是那五百年

现在也就是房价稳定了甚至降价了，大家对大杠杆的人开始这么冷嘲热讽，闲操心人家还贷款困难。
如果房价继续在大涨，大家都是羡慕嫉妒和佩服吧。觉得有眼光有胆量。一套房实现自己一生能力所及的跨越。
这还是一两年前的风气。今天这立马看着要翻天覆地了。
所以控制人心真的是不那么难。

烟台房价其实并不太高 跟同类城市对比的话
而且房价高低其实跟大众的工资水平没有任何关系 尤其北上广地区烟台还跟工资挂些钩
而且我也盼着能跌一些 因为最近还想再入手一套 刚从昆山回来，也去了趟下面的花桥镇，花桥镇的房价都比烟台开发区高，轮环境，还真不如开发区。 现实 平均工资真就和土豪平均了

主要现在年轻人都要一步到位，起码三居室，过百万的。和我那时候先买个小点的二手房，过几年条件好点了，再置换大点的，根本是不可能的事。我买房去银行办理贷款时候，看到好多年轻人都是一下子贷七八十万，我听着都感觉压力山大

可问题是，烟台房子都算贵，1万工资16万房价的北京算什么？1万工资11万房价的上海算什么？

只能说北京上海更贵，不代表烟台没有降价空间
北京的房子也有三万的，工资有高的多的，公积金也比较高，发现认识的人买房也不难，各地有各地的过法，烟台对于收入差不多的也不难，如果只能有一点收入，可就不行了。 augustu911 发表于 2020-10-15 19:52

难。烟台人跟温州人差不多，喜欢往外跑，而且烟台人更极端，但凡有点人样的都要想方设法让自己不当中国人。混的好的烟台人都是美国人加拿大人澳大利亚人，烂一点的去了北上深日韩。这帮人赚了钱，回烟台买养老房就跟不要钱一样，烟台这个地方住宅建设指标又卡的很严，所以轻轻松松价格就上来了。他们买房的一掷千金就保证了烟台房市的硬底，要烟台老百姓苦哈哈地顶着，可他们的奋斗成果烟台和烟台人一分钱都享受不到。
