福山卖地，扯上开发区的土地拍卖价干嘛？ 楼面价计算了一下，应该就是地皮价，地皮一平米三四千元。 不会又流拍了吧

就是说房子没盖光买土地的钱分摊到每平米就是楼面价，比如买地一百块，这块地最多能盖一百平米的建筑楼面价就是一块！这块地楼面价3000多加上宣传销售钢筋水泥人工材料公关利润都加上最后售价近万都正常！
