余笙牌秘制烤羊排

。(虽然自己动手做的十个指头都用不完)<img src="https://pic.app.ytbbs.com/face/default/s_7.gif" width="24" height="24" data-smile="2" data-smilie-id="2" /></p><p>烤羊排,查手机查了半天,看的懵叨叨,要么缺这样调料,要么缺那样,索性不看了根据家里有的调料凭感觉自己烤制。<img src="https://pic.app.ytbbs.com/face/default/s_6.gif" width="24" height="24" data-smile="14" data-smilie-id="14" /></p><p>1:羊排浸水泡出血沫&nbsp;</p><p>2:凉水下锅,料酒,葱姜焯水。</p><p>3:打捞出来清水洗净放入葱姜料酒耗油烧烤料黑胡椒汁腌制三十分钟(放了一点点盐)</p><p>4:空气炸锅180℃烤制30分钟,中间给他们翻一个身。</p><p class="">5:用筷子搓一下试试烂糊了可以装盘开吃。</p><p 把腌制好的羊排外面涂上一层鸡蛋糊,然后再放进炸锅烤,能锁住羊肉的水分,不容易烤焦,肉更嫩!新疆馕坑肉和架子肉,在烤前都要挂一层鸡蛋糊。
