15px;white-space: normal;">自5月18日起，下调个人住房公积金贷款利率0.25个百分点，5年以下（含5年）和5年以上首套个人住房公积金贷款利率分别调整为2.35%和2.85%，<strong>5年以下（含5年）和5年以上第二套个人住房公积金贷款利率分别调整为不低于2.775%和3.325%。</strong></p><p style="white-space: 杭州二天前的新闻，满血复活，楼市爆火！我看到最高涨幅155%。

近十年，我有关注，烟台一直是杭州北京开始涨，他反应慢二拍，但半年后，基本就开始跟着涨了。杭州北京跌，他一般不怎么跟着跌。

万科御龙山，天马相城帝景苑一平能买海阳40平，能买龙口东海30平。要按总价值算的。

但是这二年杭州人口一直在涨，房价却一直在跌，直到放开限购，才开始涨了。
