蒜苗馅饺子

/></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>显然,这些蒜苗放置有些日子了,一些蒜苗叶子甚至开始泛黄。突然想起了前些日子,在邑人群里,沧老师说的蒜苗馅饺子,毫不犹豫地买个两把。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>回到家,蒜苗择好后,去掉所有的叶子。蒜苗叶如果入馅,会发散出些许腐烂味儿。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>蒜苗切沫后,再用菜刀横向简单切一下,入馅的蒜苗,太粗则影响口感,太细又会弱化蒜苗自身的味道。</p><p
