style="font-size: 15px;">价格方面，6月成交均价最高的区是莱山区，12714元/㎡，其次是开发区，均价11801元/㎡，莱山区和开发区最近几年一直都是烟台房价最高的两个区，一个环境好一个潜力大，也是购房者青睐的原因。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size:
